PRICES
All prices are FOB Van Meter & Son Nursery, Inc. (VMN), Boring, Oregon. Prices in this catalog are intended for the wholesale trade only and cancel all previous quotations. Minimum order is $2,500. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
TERMS
For established accounts, thirty (30) days net from date of invoice, unless otherwise or ranged at time of sale. Discounts are applicable only when the terms are met. Past due accounts are subject to a service charge on the unpaid balance at a rate of one and one-half percents (1.5%) of eighteen percent (18%) annually. If you do not have an established account, payment is required prior to shipment. Money order/VISA/Mastercard accepted. To established credit, request a VMN credit application.
FREIGHT & SHIPPING
Unless specific shipping instructions are given, VMN will pool or combine your orders with others in you area. All fright is shipped COD, payable to the freight company, unless special arrangements have been made by the customer directly with the freight company.
CLAIMS
Customers who wish to make a claim must provide written documentation WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT. Pictures of each item must be provided. At no time will VMN be responsible for more than the purchase price of the stock received. VMN is not responsible for losses due to heat, frost, improper maintenance on your lot, or for major damages or delay in transportation. Suspected damage or delay while in transit should be noted on the delivery bill of lading claims filled immediately with the transportation company.

GUARANTEE
We give no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the life, description, quality, productiveness, or any other matter of any nursery stock or plants that VMN sells. We accept all orders subject to crop conditions of inventory errors and with the understanding that the same shall be void should injury befall the stock because of hail, fire, frost or other causes beyond our control.
SUBSTITUTIONS
An adjustment of one grade up or down may have to be made to conform to our crop due to seasonal growing conditions beyond our control. If you cannot accept substitutions it must be indicated on the customer's signed acknowledgment.
VOLUME REBATE PROGRAM
We offer a sales dollar volume rebate program to our customers for all plant material. This program is valid for all catalog priced items on orders paid with in terms and will be based on the total dollar value of orders (including credits and returns) shipped throughout the year, from July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007. The rebate will be issued on September 1 2007 in the form of a credit memo to be applied towards future plant purchases. The total dollar amount (including credits and returns) and the related percentages are listed below.
